These Terms govern your use of the VELNISA online store at velnisa.store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
About VELNISA and service area
VELNISA is an online fashion retailer. We currently accept orders for delivery only to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Orders addressed to other destinations are not accepted at this time.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and availability accurately. Colors may appear differently on individual screens. Product availability and supplier stock may change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are shown on the store and at checkout. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other mandatory charges will be shown before you submit payment. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed. We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors and will contact you if an affected order must be amended or cancelled.
Orders and fulfilment
Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance where payment, stock, address validation, fraud checks, or supplier availability prevent fulfilment. Some products may be shipped directly by third-party fulfilment partners. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, and fulfilment providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by VELNISA or used with permission and may not be commercially copied without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Applicable law and changes
These Terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in the customer's place of residence. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.
