Shipping & Delivery
VELNISA currently accepts orders for delivery only to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We do not offer delivery to other destinations at this time.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders. VELNISA does not charge customers a shipping fee for delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may occasionally take longer if an item is unavailable or additional verification is required; if this affects your order, we will contact you.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 5–10 business days.
- United Kingdom: 4–14 business days.
- Canada: 8–14 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched. These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary by product origin, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
When tracking information is provided to us, we will send it to the email address entered at checkout. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number at Support@velnisa.store.
